![]() ![]() I have finally installed the GPU and I am VERY happy! Thanks for ur advice. It has worked out nicely. I`l update u on how it goes when I get everything installed and checked all temps and such. I take all this very seriously,u know.I`ve spent 13.000 NOK (ca.1.555 usd)++ and I want everything to be right! And I`m amazed how good help I get on some of these forums!-For free! I REALLY dislike flashy and fancy stuff,I only want simple things who does what its supposed to.I dont even like RGB!I only want it to work properly.Thats one of the reasons I went with Nvidia-because of the drivers and forums compared to AMD`s.(at least thats what many have told me.)Īnd I bought MX-4 as soon I decided to build a pc,so. I already have cpuid and core temp, but I wanted to check anyways. A tiny (and cheap) tube of Arctic Silver 5 would be a fine choice, and you technically only need a single application, lol. Perhaps somebody runs things like ASUS AI Charger or ASUS AI Suite and can offer more useful information about them?Įdit: You may need to buy a TIM (thermal interface material, "thermal grease") to cover the surface between your CPU IHS and CPU cooler baseplate, if none happens to be provided along with your new AIO cooler. I'm not really qualified to say much about it. But, again, I don't ever use any of the ASUS software. ![]() Although I never use any of it (and can't say I trust it, lol), it's just extra bloat and there's always some threads on these forums about how ASUS software causes bugs or crashes or other problems. These are lightweight standalone apps, not really fancy but they're quick and simple and only do exactly what they're supposed to do.ĪSUS software can also monitor hardware. ![]()
